Repairs
All repairs carried out by us are covered by a 3-month guarantee. This covers the work we have carried out and any parts we have fitted as part of the original repair.
Installation of new appliances
When we install a new appliance, the appliance warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not by us. Warranty periods and what is covered can vary depending on the manufacturer and appliance.
Register your appliance
All new appliances must be registered with the manufacturer by the appliance owner or landlord. We do not register appliances on behalf of the owner, landlord or letting agent.
