2. What we collect
- Your name, address, phone number and email — so we can arrange and attend the repair.
- Details of the appliance and the fault reported.
- For letting-agent or landlord jobs: tenant contact details supplied by the agent for access.
- For warranty repairs: information the manufacturer needs to authorise the job (model / serial number, purchase details).

- Basic technical data (IP address, device type) if you visit this website.
3. Why we use it
- To arrange, carry out and invoice your repair.
- To communicate with you about the booking — confirmations, ETAs, follow-ups.
- To meet our legal obligations (accounting, VAT, Gas Safe records).
- To claim payment from a manufacturer for a warranty repair, where applicable.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties who need it to deliver your repair:
- Manufacturers (e.g. Beko) for warranty authorisation.
- Our job-management software provider (Tradify) to schedule engineers.
- Our accountant and HMRC for tax and VAT purposes.
- Where required by law, or to protect our legal rights.
5. How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as needed to service the repair, honour any parts / labour guarantee, and meet accounting and tax requirements (typically six years from the end of the accounting year).

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- Confirm what personal data we hold on you and provide a copy.
